It's interactive. Tap the number, the arrow, the time, or the corner dot.Works just like the real screen, with sample readings.
Why a display
Checking a number shouldn't mean unlocking a screen full of notifications. SugrBee keeps the reading in plain view, where a glance is enough.
Night Mode drops the screen to its lowest brightness, so you can read your number without lighting up the room.
Keep a child's or partner's readings on your nightstand from another room. Name each SugrBee so you know whose numbers you're seeing.
At your desk, on the kitchen counter, or on the road. It sips power and runs from many USB battery packs.
Features
Large numbers, a trend arrow, and the change since your last reading, readable from across the room.
Set it up from the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to download or keep updated.
Choose the colors for in-range, high and low readings, and have the number flash when you're out of range.
Tap the number to switch units. Tap the arrow for two graph views, or the time for a clock.
Dims to the lowest brightness for sleeping. Invert colors and rotate the display to suit your room and cable.
Checks Dexcom and Libre server status and tells you on screen when a service is having an outage.
Home, work, grandma's house. Move it around and it reconnects on its own.
New features and fixes install from the settings menu. The Update button turns green when one is ready.
Bright enough to read across the room. Dim enough to sleep beside.
Two models
Both models have the same screen, case and features. SugrBee Plus adds a built-in speaker that sounds an alarm when you go low.

SugrBee works with Dexcom (through Dexcom Share), FreeStyle Libre (through LibreLinkUp) and Nightscout. If you can follow the readings in the Dexcom Follow or LibreLinkUp app, SugrBee can show them.
No. SugrBee gets readings from the internet over Wi-Fi, the same way a follower app does. It can sit in a different room, or a different house, from the person wearing the sensor. That makes it handy for parents, partners and other caregivers.
They're the same display with the same features. SugrBee Plus adds a speaker that sounds an audible alarm when your reading drops below a low threshold you choose. High readings don't trigger a sound on either model, but both can change color and flash for highs and lows.
No app and no monthly fee. You set SugrBee up once from a web browser, and it runs on its own after that. Software updates are free and install from the settings menu.
SugrBee shows the latest reading available from Dexcom, Libre or Nightscout, along with how many minutes ago it arrived. If no new reading arrives for more than 6 minutes, the screen shows "No Data" so you're never looking at a stale number without knowing it.
Each SugrBee follows one account. Many families keep one for each person, and you can give every device its own name so it's clear whose readings are on which screen.
Yes. SugrBee draws very little power and runs from many USB battery packs, which makes it easy to bring along on trips. At home, any USB wall adapter works.
Open Settings and tap Down Detector. SugrBee checks the Dexcom or Libre servers and tells you whether the problem is on their end. Your sensor and official app keep working during an outage.
The network can take 2 to 5 minutes to appear, so give it a moment and toggle your phone's Wi-Fi off and on. If the setup page doesn't open on its own, type the IP address shown on the SugrBee screen into your browser. On Android, turn off "Smart Wi-Fi Switch" during setup.
The manual has more troubleshooting tips.
Almost always, this is a LibreLinkUp issue. First, open LibreLinkUp and make sure it shows current readings. Then accept any updated terms in LibreLinkUp and the Libre app. Abbott pauses data until you do.
Our LibreLinkUp setup guide walks through every step and the most common fixes.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, whether you ordered here or on Etsy. The buyer covers return shipping. If something isn't working, message us first. We're happy to help troubleshoot.
